Processing

Orders are processed within up to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• Canada: 3–8 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Express where available: 2–5 business days
• U.S. orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for customs processing.

Free shipping

• Canada: free tracked shipping on orders $89+
• United States: free shipping on orders $99+
• Orders below the applicable threshold ship for $9.95

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. If you have an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking may update slowly even though the package is still in transit. Please contact us if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times; however, there is a brief time window to cancel/change your order, or update the address associated with your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please notify us at connect@jycty.ca as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits within which we can make the change.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does get returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

RETURNS

By placing an order at JYCTY, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to JYCTY. 

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier first to open an investigation. JYCTY is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
