Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, holidays, or customs. U.S. orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an order confirmation after checkout, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Please allow 1–4 days for tracking updates to appear. Occasionally, tracking may update slowly while a package is still in transit.

If you experience a tracking or delivery issue, please contact the courier first. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is accurate.

If you need to cancel an order or update your address, email connect@jycty.ca as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can discuss reshipping or a refund once the package has been received. Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable when a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Marked Delivered, but Not Received?

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier to open an investigation.

JYCTY is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address supplied at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to our return eligibility requirements.
