Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any products back. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. If approved, securely package your item and follow the provided return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different fragrance is to request a return of your eligible item and, once accepted, place a separate order for your new selection. Each item may be exchanged only once.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of original shipping, where applicable, is deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
